Our team will design and provide recommendations for your solution, we’ll take into account feedback from you and your team during the design process to ensure the final design is tailored to your current requirements and enhancing the ability to scale as you grow.

Costs icon Quote and Approval Process

Once you’ve agreed to the technical design for your solution, we’ll provide a formal quote for the Cloud solution and setup your client portal access. Our client portal is where you can review and approve your quote (and future quotes), manage invoices, create support requests and much more.

Once you’re happy with and have approved the quote, we will confirm a migration plan including times and dates for any key works and where required site visits. We’ll also detail the checks we perform for each action to ensure the migration is smooth and is completed without disruption to your business.

We want the plan to work for you and your business, so don’t worry about asking us for changes. We won’t start any work until you’re happy with the entire plan.

Will my data be backed up?

Protecting your data is of top priority and that’s why we offer backup in hourly snapshots, as well as daily standard 24-hour backups.

How do we access our data?

Hooble will send you login details and instructions on how to gain authorisation to your secure Cloud system. It’s simple for authorised users to access your data, but unauthorised people are kept firmly out of your system.

What security measures are there?

Security is taken very seriously. We provide a range of firewall options, plus mobile user authentication for all data services and 2-factor authentication. Then there’s site-to-site VPN tunnels and of course, good old antivirus protection.
